Matching Gifts
Corporate matching gifts allow Tennessee alumni, parents, and friends to maximize personal contributions to the university and increase the impact of their giving. Through your company’s matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple the amount of a contribution.

Check your employer’s matching gift program
Search for your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program and review their requirements. If you are unsure about the process, your Human Resources office can provide additional guidance.
Submit your matching gift request
Complete your employer’s matching gift form or online request after making your gift to the University of Tennessee. Be sure to include any information or documentation your employer requires.
Send it our way, and we’ll take it from there
Submit any required forms or documentation to the UT Foundation. Our team will verify your gift and provide the information your employer needs to complete the match.

Most corporate matching gift programs require the donor to submit a completed paper form or complete an online form to accompany each personal gift. If you’re not sure about your company’s process, check with Human Resources.
